After dedicating 20 years to various departments at Kumba Iron Ore mine and expanding my qualifications through diverse courses, including computer practice, first aid, fire fighting, and management programs, I transitioned into entrepreneurship. My experience as a training officer facilitated strong interpersonal skills. Recognizing an opportunity in the market, my wife and I delved into human waste collection and disposal. As new entrepreneurs, we sought education, attending courses on hazardous waste management, waste legislation, and the transportation of dangerous goods by road. Armed with knowledge and equipment, our business now serves the communities of the Northern Cape.

Collaboration with Tshipi-Ntle identified opportunities for improvement, leading to courses in business management, financial management, and bookkeeping.
